I help individuals navigate interpersonal trauma, and life transitions, including anxiety, depression, aggression, ADHD, and autism. Using numerous theraputic modalities including Narrative, Somatic, and DBT approaches, I help clients reconstruct patterns of behaviour and develop practical tools. Faith-based support is offered when aligned with your values.
