I am a Registered Psychotherapist with a passion for working with neurodivergent folks. As someone who only came to understand my own neurodivergency in my late 20s, I am all too familiar with the often-unique trials and tribulations that can arise throughout the lives of neurodivergent people (in addition to the often exceptional capabilities that can be a huge advantage in many facets of life!). I typically work with those struggling with general and social anxiety, depression, screen addiction, task avoidance, acquired brain injury, and/or self-advocacy.
I operate from an integrated model of Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, where I hope to help you in exploring and understanding your emotions, thoughts, values and challenges for the sake of addressing the barriers that are standing in the way of you being the sort of person you want to be.
Nobody has a better vantage point of your inner world than you do. I present as inquisitive, calm, and affirming as I aim to understand you, your context, and where you'd like to go.
