I’m an integrative therapist with 14 years of experience, including 10 years devoted to supporting parents and children on the Autism Spectrum. My therapeutic approach is holistic and client-centred, emphasizing the whole person—your unique experiences, challenges, and strengths. I’m also deeply committed to trauma-informed care, recognizing how past experiences influence our current emotional and physical well-being. My aim is to meet you where you are, offering a safe, judgment-free space where you can explore your thoughts, feelings, and behaviours with the intention of healing and moving toward wholeness.
I’m trained in Behaviour Therapy, Relationship Development Intervention, Psychodynamic Psychotherapy, and Integrative Harm Reduction Psychotherapy. I offer preparation and integration support for those engaging in psychedelic-assisted psychotherapy. My work incorporates psychoeducation, art activities, and mindfulness tools tailored to each client.
