I have extensive experience working with clients with mental health issues including: depression, different types of anxiety and major mental illness including: bipolar disorder and schizophrenia. Resolving symptoms is important but more important is improving quality of life and, although this is an ambitious goal upon entering into the psychotherapeutic process and journey, it is the correct one. I will employ various strategies and techniques to help you, including finding purpose and meaning in your life, which is integral to a high quality of life.
