Black Neurodivergent Men's Therapy Group
This virtual therapist-led group is for Black men (18+) who are autistic, have ADHD, AuDHD, or are exploring whether they may be neurodivergent. It is a safe, supportive, and confidential space to connect with other Black men who understand what it can feel like to move through the world differently. Together, we will share experiences, build practical coping strategies, and support one another in a respectful and welcoming environment.
