I encourage the development of mindfulness to help accept and integrate losses or trauma. I am happy to share my personal learning to highlight how vulnerable communication is the key to relationships that are deep, loving and kind. We will track and nurture your overwhelmed nervous system so you can free yourself from fear and rediscover peace and ease.
Sessions are experiential; we will have the opportunity to explore, express, and test your thoughts, feelings and behaviors in order to 'rewire' old patterns. By consciously focusing on your resources and by having wins along the way you will build your capacity not only to take the suffering out of pain, but to experience deep joy and gratitude.
