Yes, life and relationships are not always easy. Sometimes it’s downright difficult. But there is hope and I am an optimist who believes in the potential of healing and change. I am energized by the process of encouraging and empowering clients to be the best version of themselves. I especially enjoy working with stuck couples. My desire is to guide them to the path of healing, change and greater connection. I use a 3 step: Reflect, Repair, Recreate process to get couples back on track and building a healthy and satisfying relationship.
I enjoy working with clients from all ethnic backgrounds that experience "valley" challenges such as: relationship conflict, grief, trauma, anxiety, and personal direction. Seeking help takes courage, but I believe my approach, expertise, and compassion will help you feel confident that you can make it.
