I work with individuals and couples (youth 9+, teens, and adults). I offer tools and affirming support for clients experiencing daily challenges related to ADHD. I am also passionate about supporting clients in strengthening their self-esteem, self-awareness, and emotion regulation. My specialty is helping clients develop and maintain healthy relationships and heal from relationship trauma and interpersonal challenges. As a trained and experienced couple and family therapist, I help my clients overcome cycles of conflict and disconnection while helping them strengthen communication, love, and mutual understanding.
Office work
As a trauma-trained therapist, I create a safe space for self-exploration, and self-expression, while helping clients heal current wounds. I also support clients in building a psychoeducational understanding of how to navigate with being diagnosed with ADHD. Many people feel lost while having ADHD and I work to point them in the right direction.
My top priority is to make sure that you don't feel like just a number. I work on trust and that you are heard in a session. I try to be very compassionate, I lastly try to keep the therapy session light but also work on the goals you want to achieve.
