Booking for January - Feeling stuck and living in survival mode is exhausting. If you’ve made it this far, I want to honour the effort it’s taken to get here. You don’t have to keep pushing through alone. I support individuals who are seeking relief from the weight of trauma, depression, anxiety, anger, grief, and major life transitions. Together, we’ll explore new ways to cope while bringing compassion and understanding to what you’ve been through. Therapy with me is a collaborative process, grounded in your needs and paced at your comfort. I am integrative and trauma informed. I also offer Sex Therapy for individuals, exploring:
Mismatched desire and intimacy issues, erectile difficulties, painful sex from vaginismus/vulvodynia, sexual trauma, exploring kink and sexual identity. These are deeply human experiences, and you deserve a space where they can be met with warmth and respect. At the heart of my practice is curiosity and a deep respect for your inner world and experiences.
You have options! Whether you’re looking for healing, clarity, or a place to be seen, you are welcome here. I am EMDRIA-Certified and a Level 1 IFS Therapist. I also draw from Emotion-Focused Therapy, Compassion-Focused Therapy, Mindfulness, Cognitive Behavioural Therapies, Inner Child work, and Embodied Dreamwork.
