Our sessions are about healing deep wounds, embracing your whole self, the weird, wild and wonderful and living with full bodied freedom!

I have walked this path it’s intense, magical and life changing. On this journey together I will use a combination of somatic and psychotherapy techniques to bring greater awareness to your nervous system and your ability to function and look deeply at limited and core beliefs creating deep change and healing wounds.
