If you are an individual adult looking to heal attachment wounds, process trauma, or cultivate strategies to manage anxiety, depression, grief, chronic pain, or chronic illness, I would love the opportunity to see if we would be a good therapeutic fit for one another. Many people who contact me have been told they may be an ideal candidate for EMDR. Others may have sought traditional talk therapy for their developmental trauma in the past but are now curious about a different evidence-based treatment that combines both a top-down (cognitive) and a bottom-up (somatic) approach.
I provide a compassionate, non-judgmental, and trauma-informed space for clients to explore their past experiences and build a foundation for a more fulfilling future. I am an EMDR-trained psychotherapist who believes that a client's memories deserve respect. I am honoured and humbled to witness the amazing healing properties of the human brain.
I help clients uncover their innate strengths, overcome obstacles, and develop a greater sense of resilience and empowerment. Together, we can work towards creating positive change and achieving lasting transformation. I offer individual adults in-person (Unionville) and virtual (anywhere in Ontario) sessions.
