My 20+ years of work with at-risk youth, neurodivergent children, struggling parents and substance abuse treatment bring me to my newest venture. My private counselling practice, "At the Helm Counselling" aims to support individuals and families struggling with complex modern challenges in unique and creative ways.
As a holistic, client-centred, therapist, I offer an individualized approach that honours your unique story and healing journey. My clinical work is grounded in a collaborative and insight-oriented framework where healing/growth evolves through reflection and experience.
