I am an experienced psychotherapist with a warm and genuine approach. I support people through trauma, anxiety, burnout, parenting stress, self esteem and relationship challenges. I am a registered NIHB provider and have worked with the indigenous community throughout my life. Our sessions will feel both exploratory—to deepen understanding—and practical, offering immediate strategies for relief. In our first session, we’ll clarify what you want from therapy and choose approaches that fit you best.
My primary modalities are Somatic Experiencing, CBT and attachment-based work. I love weaving in people's personal interests—art, journalling, books, dream work, nature—as added tools and sources of support. I am also happy to take a more directive approach for those that are unsure what might work for them.
I am a registered provider for NIHB, IFHP and VAC and am covered by most extended health plans. I can provide direct billing to: NIHB, VAC, IFHP, Telus Health, Blue Cross (coming soon: Sunlife and Greenshield).
