When stress holds you back, it can be overwhelming...maybe worrying you are "too much" - I want you to genuinely know you are not too much. Military and volunteer SAR experience contribute to a unique view and understanding to confront many challenges - stress, trauma, depression, anxiety, relationship challenges, agoraphobia - at the root often shame, guilt, feeling "not good enough". My approach is both compassionate and intuitive, yet direct and objective - to uncover the root of your symptoms to find clarity, hope, and practical direction.
Drawing on your unique experience, interests, strengths, and values leading to meaningful insight, awareness, and change. I rely on a holistic approach (body/mind/spirit), drawing on several modalities - resonating with emotionally-focused therapy and components of other modalities - acceptance and commitment therapy, somatic therapy, and polyvagal theory.
