Self Ease for Singles
This group helps women who feel stuck and unhappy with being single. Whether you have been in relationships or never had one this group will help by supporting your goals. By looking at unhealthy beliefs, behaviours and trauma associated with relationships the aim is to build confidence and a greater sense of ones identity. Please contact to apply for the next cohort. Group will be held virtually. Lifework is provided so participants can get the most out of the process and make real progress!

Self Ease for Abuse Survivors (Women Only)
This in-person small group program is designed to provide a safe, confidential, and supportive environment for adult survivors of various forms of abuse (e.g., emotional, physical, sexual, neglect). The focus is on psychoeducation, shared experiences, coping skills development, and fostering a sense of community and empowerment. The group will use a trauma-informed approach, emphasizing self-compassion, grounding techniques, boundary setting, and processing trauma-related emotions. The program is facilitated by a therapist specializing in trauma and runs for eight consecutive weeks.
