I see clients suffering from anxiety, depression, people who have experienced abuse, those feeling stuck in life/relationships and unable to feel happy. My style is an eclectic blend of Person-Centred and Holistic approaches which sees each person as a physical, mental, emotional and spiritual being treating clients according to their unique needs.
Clients are seen in a warm, relaxing environment or virtually if more convenient. I offer a 15 minute free no obligation consultation I'm also trained in Suicide Intervention, Non-Violent communication and offer energy healing as a Reiki practitioner .
