Hi, I am the owner/operator of Shearer Wellness Counselling Services. Are you an adult or teen looking for mental health care? You are welcome here! You will come in to a safe place to be heard. I provide a safe and nurturing space where you can explore your emotional well being. I offer personalized support to help clients navigate life's challenges and foster positive growth and healing. I specialize in self image, grief and loss, stress and coping skills, and relationship discourse. When you come in, you are the lead in our work. I am here to support your journey.
I offer in person counselling and virtual counselling. I have worked for many years helping folks with their self esteem, managing their stress and helping clients build their list of coping skills. My clients often come in with relationship difficulties. I am able to support my clients as they work at growth that is best for self.
I meet my clients where they are at. When entering my office, you will find it warm and a place where you can drop your shoulders and know that you are in supportive company. I am able to walk along side my clients in their personal journey by providing a safe place, a listening ear and an honest voice.
