With 24 years of experience in mental health, I specialize in infant, child, and adolescent development.
My approach is grounded in attachment, development, and trauma-informed care. I draw from evidence-based therapies including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Interpersonal Therapy (IPT), and Child-Parent Psychotherapy, as well as Trauma-Focused CBT and perinatal mental health.
I believe children communicate through behaviour and when we understand the “why,” we can respond in ways that truly support growth. I work collaboratively with both children and parents to strengthen connection, improve communication, and build confidence within the family system.
