Are you a Veteran looking for support? Has your child, teen, or young adult been struggling with emotions, behaviours, or challenges that feel overwhelming? Do you find yourself unsure of how to best support them? Whether they are facing a specific diagnosis, experiencing anxiety or frustration, or simply feeling stuck, you are not alone. Many families and young people navigate these difficulties, and the right support can make all the difference. I am a Registered Psychotherapist and a Registered Social Service Worker (RSSW) with a Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology (MACP). My passion is working with children and veterans.

I can offer psychotherapy that helps those living with FASD, other brain injuries or trauma understand their beautiful and complicated brain. I can also provide education and training on FASD, its impact and some strategies for those who live with FASD or brain injuries, but also caregivers. I can also help people advocate for themselves and seek support.

I am part of Angela Geddes's team, which specializes in services for those with FASD brain injuries and trauma. In the FASD world, lots of doors close, but mine is open, with unconditional positive regard for knowing you are not alone. You deserve to be supported.
