Kennedy McLean
Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying), MA, BAH, CCTP
You did all the "right" things, this is the life you wanted, it was all supposed to make you happy. How did you end up here, where did you go wrong? You have always had it together but lately, your body hurts, you aren't sleeping well, you are overwhelmed, and irritable. Until recently you felt in control and then these strong emotions came up out of nowhere. Are the events from your past that you've tried to burry finally catching up to you? Other people don’t understand, they think you are fine, they expect you to be. You want to feel like you are living not just surviving. Things need to change but you don’t know where to start.
I am here to help you, whether this is your first time in therapy or if you have been trying for years and feel like nothing has really helped. In our work together we will sort through the mess of life. You can expect to gain a deeper understanding of yourself and those around you and to develop new ways of coping with the challenges that life brings.
I take an integrative approach which means that we work together to figure out what will work best for YOU. The best way to reach me directly is to send me an email at info@kennedymclean.com or to give me a call at 647-557-3171. I look forward to working with you. (Please be advised that due to allergies, the office is a scent-free space).
