I work with individuals across all ages who may feel overwhelmed, stuck, disconnected, or uncertain about how to move forward. Many clients are navigating anxiety, trauma, relationship challenges, mood or personality-related concerns, or are neurodivergent and seeking a deeper understanding of themselves and experiences. You may notice patterns such as overthinking, emotional shutdown, difficulty navigating relationships, feeling overwhelmed, or struggling to trust yourself or others. Our work together focuses on building insight, strengthening coping, increasing emotional safety, and supporting meaningful, sustainable change.
I value an integrative, trauma-informed approach tailored to each individuals needs. Primarily, I draw from ACT, CBT, psychodynamic therapy, attachment-based and relational approaches, Polyvagal Theory, and somatic work. Together, we can explore thoughts, emotions, relations, and nervous system patterns to build awareness, regulation, and lasting change.
