About
Life can feel impossible without support and the tools to be successful. You may feel stuck and hopeless, but I am here to help you resolve the past, find joy in the present, and hopeful about your future. I welcome clients of all genders, orientations, cultures, and unique walks of life. My approach with clients is to be open-minded, inclusive, and collaborative in order to help you heal and thrive. I work with individuals age 16+ experiencing symptoms of trauma, anxiety, depression, ADHD, issues with self-worth, and more. I also work with couples who want to repair, strengthen, or peacefully end their relationship.
I am trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing Therapy (EMDR), an evidence-based treatment for PTSD and trauma related issues. I tend to use a combination of EMDR and cognitive-behavioral approaches with my clients, to process unresolved past experiences or maladaptive beliefs, and help you cope and live better in the present.
I want to help you find balance and peace, one manageable step at a time. Therapy can be challenging but the results of committing to your personal health and growth are often rewarding. When you are ready to take that next step, I am here for you and look forward to guiding you on that journey. “Change is inevitable, growth is optional" - John C. Maxwell
