Hello there, I'm Ken, and I'm happy you found my profile! I work with adults and teens on a wide range of issues, tailoring therapy to meet your unique needs and goals. I also offer supervision to other therapists. Whether you're dealing with anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, shame, anger or exploring your LGBTQ+ identity, I’m here to provide you with support and guidance. In addition to these concerns, I have experience navigating the "coming out" process and problem behaviours (internet, porn, and gaming overuse, etc.).

I also specialize in some evidence based therapies like Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT) and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), among others, providing my clients with skills to manage difficult emotions and thinking patterns. My approach is eclectic, warm and empathetic and I'm committed to empowering you to heal and thrive.
