At the Kemptville Stress Relief Centre we provide transformative therapy for stress and trauma. We know it’s important to have a safe space for you to reconnect with yourself and access your own wisdom to help you heal.
Our team of RPs and RSWs offer counselling for ages 2+ to individuals and couples. Our approach is collaborative and client-centred; we believe that you are the best expert on yourself. We use an integrative and psychodynamic approach including Narrative Therapy, Emotion-Focused Therapy and Mindfulness.
Our clinicians have additional training in a variety of evidence-based trauma-informed approaches including psycho-biologically and somatic based approaches, such as Polyvagal and Somatic Experiencing. Our work with clients from all orientations, ethnicities, and backgrounds reflects our commitment to diversity & inclusion.
