Sometimes life brings challenges we don't expect and what we know or have done in the past doesn't work anymore. You don't have to figure it out on your own. You have found someone who can help you navigate life's messiness, the unwelcome circumstances, loss, confusion, shame, or questions like, "where do I go from here?". Being stuck doesn't mean you're broken. Listening and understanding your unique experience is where I'll start. The space we share will be free of judgement - you have been doing the best you can with what you have been given. Together we will look for new paths, and new ways of relating to others and yourself.
I maintain a select number of children in my schedule. With children I offer a safe comfortable space with a positive attachment, where free expression is encouraged and children are able to process emotions, reduce distressing feelings, and learn how to regulate themselves.
It is a privilege for me to work with people brave enough to face the things that aren't going well or the questions to which they don't have answers. Along with my training I am not a stranger to life's ups and downs, bringing life experience from a previous career and raising a family of 3 daughters with my wife. Healing and growth is possible.
