I am a registered Clinical Psychologist licensed to work with children, adolescents, adults, and families. I have clinical expertise in a variety of areas including Child and Adolescent development, Eating Disorders and Body Image, Anxiety Disorders, Mood Disorders, PTSD and trauma-related disorders and diagnostic and personality assessment. I have training in a variety of therapeutic modalities including Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, Dialectical Behaviour Therapy, Family Based Treatment for Eating Disorders and various trauma focused interventions. I have more than 10 years of clinical experience in various treatment settings.
I aim to provide my clients with evidence-based treatment that is tailored to meet their unique needs. As such, I focus initially on developing a comprehensive conceptualization of my clients' presenting issues. I endeavour to create a safe, collaborative, and empathic therapeutic environment focused on building resiliency and fostering meaningful change.
