My name is Kelsy Mag and, like you, I have had experiences in my life that have informed the ways I show up in and view the world. Being queer and neurodivergent I have had experiences that have led me to work from an anti-oppressive and strengths-based lens in my therapeutic space. I enjoy working with those who are 2SLGBTQ+, neurodivergent, highly-sensitive, young adults, students, and those with religious trauma. If you feel like the world was not built for you or you were not set up to succeed how you want to, I'd love to hear about it.
My therapeutic approach is client centered and it draws from various modalities. The therapeutic relationship will be a focus of our work together and I have a genuine interest in your experiences. I focus on improving self-concept, anxiety, depression, religious trauma, relationship issues, and fat liberation; you will not hear diet talk from me.
