You will find Kelsey’s approach to be warm, welcoming and non-judgemental. Kelsey prides herself on her collaborative style of therapy where clients are truly the expert on their own lived experience and storytelling, and as the therapist it is her role to help with processing, reflecting and making meaning of client experiences.

I provide support for individuals across the lifespan, including children (ages 6 and up), adolescents, adults, and families in-person and virtually. Coming in for an initial session, you will find my approach to therapy to be rooted in compassion, collaboration, and evidence-based practices. I look forward to speaking with you!
