My name is Kelsey, I am a certified clinical trauma specialist who offers advanced trauma modalities. Being trained in EMDR, Brainspotting, and Internal Family Systems, I am here to help support deeper healing to the complexities of your experiences that go beyond just understanding.

Leading with a person-centred approach, my goal is to help you heal the deeper wounds that show up in your daily life. By creating a safe, curious and compassionate space, I will help guide you to explore your emotions, thoughts and behaviours and meet them with connection in order to foster resiliency and expand self-discovery.

I focus on a wide range of trauma experiences and abuse, adverse childhood experiences and the impacts they have on understanding our world, relationships, and ourselves. I also focus on anxiety, obsessive-compulsions, and binge eating.
