I work with clients from ages 14+ and provide both individual and couples counselling. My approach is based on humanistic and client-centered therapies. I draw from a variety of approaches such as Narrative therapy, Mindfulness, Existentialism, Solution Focused therapy, and CBT to create a therapeutic environment that matches up with each client's needs.
