In today’s world, many face trauma, complex emotions, relationship issues, and mental health struggles. As a counsellor, I provide support to individuals and couples through a holistic, individualized approach, using Trauma-Informed, Humanistic, Person-Centered, and Relational methods. I work with clients aged 16 and up, addressing challenges like anxiety, depression, substance misuse, parenting, relationship issues, and stress. My compassionate and empathetic approach ensures clients feel valued and understood on their path to personal healing.
I’ll create a personalized plan addressing your unique challenges, using interventions from CBT, Humanistic (Rogerian, Adlerian, Gestalt), and Mindfulness frameworks. I also plan to pursue certifications in ACT, EFT, and EMDR therapy. My approach is grounded in a holistic framework to support your goals effectively.
