Are you feeling anxious or overwhelmed? Stuck in negative thought patterns? Experiencing low self-worth? Suffering from PTSD, anxiety or have a history of trauma? I believe that with strong therapeutic connection, we can explore solutions to your challenges and address historical issues and persistent patterns that you desire to change. I work collaboratively with you to build an individualized treatment plan based on your current needs, motivations and strengths. I am devoted to creating a safe and nurturing space for you to discover your inner strength, gain clarity, and cultivate a positive mindset for lasting personal growth.
I provide trauma-informed, culturally sensitive services, prioritizing my clients' overall wellness. With unwavering support, I help clients navigate life's challenges, ensuring they feel genuinely heard and understood. My person-centered approach integrates DBT and mindfulness to empower clients with valuable skills.
I am currently awaiting my full clinical registration and therefore I am offering low fee services ($80 an hour) to support accessibility to counselling. I also offer a 20 min free phone consultation to provide you with the opportunity to ask questions and ensure we are a good fit. I look forward to connecting with you!
