My approach is client-centered and solution-focused. I also incorporate nature-based practices when appropriate, recognizing the grounding and restorative impact of the natural world. I hold a strong focus on grief and loss in all its forms, supporting clients through life transitions, change, and emotional healing with compassion and practical tools.
