Life can be challenging at times; I am here to help navigate some of those obstacles. I support individuals experiencing stress, anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, and life changes using a trauma-informed approach. While I have a personal interest in working with women aged 16 and older, I also have experience supporting men and gender-diverse individuals. As a Registered Social Worker with the OCSWSSW, I provide support from a client-centered perspective, walking alongside individuals on their journey to address specific concerns and life challenges using strengths-based and solution-focused approaches.
With 20+ years of experience, I have supported individuals in sectors such as housing, homelessness, domestic violence survivors and their children, Indigenous women and their children, and those struggling with mental wellness. I am also experienced in assisting individuals looking to make changes to support their goals, with training and career planning.
