Life can become overwhelming when anxiety, relationship stress, trauma, grief, or major life changes begin to affect your emotional well-being and daily functioning. I provide a supportive, non-judgmental environment where clients can openly explore their thoughts, emotions, and experiences while developing healthier coping strategies and stronger self-awareness.
My therapeutic approach is client-centered, compassionate, and collaborative. I believe therapy is not about “fixing” people, but about helping individuals better understand themselves, strengthen resilience, and create lasting change.
I have training in EMDR, CBT, ACT, Indigenous Focused Counselling, Play therapy and many other methods of counselling. Using these methods will help you feel comfortable in my counselling setting with the team that works with you to help you recover.
