My career journey includes over a decade in the high-stakes world of high-risk obstetrics and NICU, where I stood alongside families facing their most vulnerable moments. Fear, grief, loss, trauma, and resilience—needs a place to land. In my therapy practice, I’ve sat with those navigating the "two-week wait", the trying cycles of fertility treatment; all the way through to "the fourth trimester" and the profound adjustment it entails.
Today, my work has evolved to support caregivers of children with pediatric medical diagnoses, chronic illness, and Differences of Sex Development. I don’t believe in a one-size-fits-all map. Instead, I practice a person-centered approach. I will weave in different therapy approaches and models when that makes sense.
