I am therapist & intergenerational trauma survivor, and I understand the transformative power of therapy in helping us overcome abuse, trauma and addictions.
I offer help to other people now, who have been impacted by trauma, to heal from what harmed us.
I am trained in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) Therapy, hypnotherapy, yoga, meditation, and other traditional wholisitic body, mind, spiritual practices that can help to connect with the body’s and mind ability to heal from within.
I believe that you hold within you what will heal you.
If you want to explore EMDR therapy or working together using other approaches grounded in a wholistic framework of body, mind, and spirit, informed by Internal Family Systems (IFS), neuroscience, Indigenous-based learning, and other therapeutic and traditional healing practices that help foster healing from within, reach out.
