Human beings experience severe life stressors sometimes, and when they do it is not uncommon for their lives to unravel. I have a passion for helping people, who are experiencing difficulties, strengthen their relationships with themselves and others, so they can once again live purposeful, joy-filled lives, while still honouring their past.
Knowing that no clients are alike and honouring their individuality, I have been trained, in a wide variety of techniques, to help my clients to find healthy perceptions of themselves and begin to feel confident in their lives.
Having overcome life-altering losses, severe childhood trauma and addictions of my own, as well as being a Registered Therapeutic Counsellor, Specializing in Family and Community, has given me the tools to help others do the same.
