About
I am a Registered Psychologist who has been in the mental health field since 2006. I previously worked at AHS with adults with severe and persistent mental health issues. I have experience working with individuals with depression, anxiety, bipolar disorders, PTSD, and psychosis. I have also worked with children with autism and teens with a wide range of mental health concerns. I believe in a client-centered approach and integrate cognitive behavioral therapy, solution focused therapy, and dialectical behavioral therapy in my work with clients. I offer counselling, consultation, and assessment services.
I enjoy seeing the progress my clients make by increasing their coping skills, functioning, and overall happiness. I am happy helping with a range of issues, from overcoming fear of driving after an accident, coping with the aftermath of a breakup or end of a marriage, to working with individuals on return to work after a workplace injury.
I value building a genuine, collaborative relationship with my clients. My goal is to help promote insight, growth, and improved functioning for all my clients. Assessment and counselling can help you move toward a more meaningful life. Call today for a free meet and greet! I am looking forward to hearing from you!
