Congratulations on taking the first step (sometimes the hardest step) toward a better version of you! Are you experiencing low mood, loss of energy, anxiousness, or hopelessness? Do you have difficulty facing situations, people, and places? Are you experiencing feelings of guilt, shame, or worthlessness? Having difficulties with relationships in your life? Needing a safe space to work through and heal from hardships or crises in your life? My hope is to walk alongside you on your journey, and help you process and heal through these issues so that you can achieve your goals and get to where you want to be.

I've been a Clinical Social Worker for 15 years, with 5 years prior experience in the Human Services field. My studies include a Master of Social Work degree in Health and Mental Health. Additional modalities trained in: CBT, DBT, EMRD, Prolonged Exposure for PTSD, Cognitive Processing Therapy for PTSD, and ERP for OCD.

I work from a client-centered approach (meaning you take the lead of what your needs are and what direction to go). I offer in-person, phone, and video sessions (all secure, encrypted, and PIPEDA compliant). Sessions are available during weekdays in the mornings, afternoons, and evenings.
