I specialize in providing support for individuals dealing with the aftermath of trauma, relational challenges, and anxiety. I focus on creating a safe and compassionate space for you to explore and address these issues, working collaboratively to promote healing. I embrace a non-judgmental, culturally sensitive and client-centered approach.
Together, we will explore modalities such as EMDR, DBT, solution-focused therapy, narrative therapy and mindfulness, allowing us to forge lasting change.
