I offer counselling services to children and teens in a safe and judgement-free space. I use a trauma-informed lens and strength-based counselling to empower clients to set meaningful goals for themselves and support them through their progress. I have over 9 years of experience supporting children and youth in a variety of settings such as residential treatment, foster care and school systems. I can assist with coping skills development for anxiety and depression, emotional regulation, behaviour concerns, peer relationships and building self-esteem to assist youth in their healthy development.

If you are concerned that your child may be having challenges with anxiety, depression, expressing emotions, behaviour, peer relationships, or school engagement; I am able to help support them with setting goals, expressing healthy feelings and communicating their needs with others.
I offer a variety of appointment times including afternoons, evenings and weekends to accommodate your family's busy schedule. I offer free consultations to discuss your child's needs. Reach out for more information or to book a consultation.
