About
Are you tired of spending your days overwhelmed with thoughts about food, exercise or your body? Do you feel uncomfortable in your physical form? When did you start feeling like you, or your body, weren't good enough? Do you struggle with an eating disorder, disordered eating, poor body image, or an obsession with numbers? I work with clients to heal their relationship with food, exercise, and/or their body.
I assist clients in reclaiming their body- developing respect, neutrality & comfort for that which houses the inner being. You are resilient and worthy of a life free from limiting rules and beliefs. Chronic body image and eating concerns do not need to define your existence. I work from an anti-oppressive and weight inclusive framework.
Through a holistic approach encompassing body, mind, heart and soul, let's discover what truly nourishes you so you can live an authentic and empowered life. You took a big step in coming here, let's chat and take the next step together. You have been surviving long enough- it's your time to thrive.
