Welcome to my practice where you’ll find a safe and supportive environment to explore and process your thoughts, feelings, and experiences. Whether you're facing new or recurrent challenges, my belief is in working together to help uncover insights, build resilience, and foster positive change. Sometimes, we explore various skills and techniques to address issues, while other times we engage in deep introspection to uncover the answers that I believe each client holds within.

I have worked with an array of populations including veterans, first responders, LGBTQ2+, students, parents, and individuals with a concussion or TBI. My approach is always adapted for the client's needs, however my foundations are in psychodynamic, attachment, parts (IFS), and trauma-informed care.

The therapeutic connection is what matters most. I offer 15 minute complementary consultations to answer any questions and you can decide if we are a good fit. I hope to offer some sense of clarity and comfort but most of all, support and relief.
