I have 23 years of experience working within the helping profession and 4 years as a provisional psychologist. I see families, couples and individuals who are experiencing anxiety, depression and struggling with their relationships. I use an approach that combines CBT, Emotion Focused Therapy and EMDR for trauma related concerns.
