Depending on your needs, sessions may include elements of CBT, NLP, hypnotherapy breathwork, meditation, nervous-system regulation, and energy-based practices such as Reiki—always used in a grounded, consent-based way.
I also facilitate small groups and workshops focused on healing, self-discovery, and conscious growth. Group work offers a powerful space for reflection, shared wisdom, and learning that you’re not alone—while still being held in a safe, guided container.
