I have 15 years of experience dealing with addictions and understand how unresolved trauma can lead to substance abuse, unhealthy relationships and lifestyle, as well as mental health complications including anxiety, depression, and chronic stress.

I understand that the healing process can be non-linear, messy, and overwhelming. I value consent, autonomy, safety, and stabilization in my practice and it is important to me that I meet my client's where they are at. You are the expert in your own life and I am here to guide you along the way.
