I bring a mix of tools and approaches into sessions, but at the heart of it, my style is real, down-to-earth, and compassionate. I believe you are not defined by your past or the choices you had to make to get through it. You are allowed to step into a version of yourself that feels whole and free.
I walk alongside people navigating addiction and sobriety, helping them see how trauma and relationships shape their patterns. When we learn to feel safe in our bodies and embrace our emotions rather than escape them, healing naturally follows. I use Emotionally Focused Therapy and Somatic Therapy with my clients to strengthen the mind/body connection.
I know what it’s like to feel broken, stuck, or unworthy — and I also know that it’s possible to heal. Many of my clients are in the messy, painful process of going no contact — with family, partners, or anyone else who isn’t safe to keep close. It’s not easy, but it can be the start of freedom.
