Sometimes life is overwhelming, and it can feel like everything is happening at once. Whether you are experiencing life shifts, grief and loss, questioning your gender expression, struggling in relationships or just feeling simply spent, you deserve to have support and someone on your team. Hi I'm Keely, a Licensed Counselling Therapist-Candidate, and Spiritual Care Provider. I have my Master's in Spiritual Care and Psychotherapy and have been providing counselling, support and coaching for the last 8 years. I strongly believe in accessible care, so a sliding scale for payment is available so that appropriate care can be received.
I bring a unique appreciation and empathy to the care I provide for my clients. As a client-centred therapist, I provide counselling to couples, polycules and individuals for grief, chronic illness, divorce, life changes, relational issues in all forms, personal growth, anxiety, ADHD and Autism, OCD, exploring spirituality, and for all 2SLGBTQ+ folks.
It takes a lot of courage and energy to start therapy. I am dedicated to helping you reach your goal or to accompany you on your free-flow journey. I will provide a kind, direct, comforting atmosphere, and usually some laughs. There will be open communication, no judgement, and I welcome clients from a diversity of backgrounds and intersectionalities.
