Sometimes life is overwhelming, and it can feel like everything is happening all at once. Whether you are experiencing massive life shifts, grief and loss, or feeling simply spent, you deserve to have support and someone on your team. Keely is a Licensed Counselling Therapist-Candidate, a Spiritual Care Provider and a Certified Life Coach. Keely has her Master's of Spiritual Care and Psychotherapy and has been providing counselling and coaching for the last seven years. She believes in accessible care, so a sliding scale for payment is available to all to ensure that appropriate care can be received.
Keely brings a unique appreciation and empathy to the care she provides for her clients. As a solution-focused, client-centred therapist, she provides counselling to couples and individuals for grief, chronic illness, divorce, life changes, relationship issues, personal growth, anxiety, borderline, ADHD and autism, OCD, spirituality, and LGBTQIA+ folks.
It takes a lot of courage and energy to start therapy. I am dedicated to helping you reach your goal or to accompany you on your free-flow journey.
