Hi there, nice to meet you! There are a lot of therapists on here and it can be hard to know where to start, so to help you work out if I might be the right fit, here are some headline facts about me: I am proudly LGBTQ2SI+ friendly, an intersectional feminist and strengths based counsellor. I work using a trauma informed approach and believe that clients are the experts of their own lives so I believe the best thing I can do is create a non-judgemental space for them. I love to laugh, run, drink tea and am open about choosing not to have children in a world that makes that difficult.
Clients describe me as a compassionate and funny counsellor who creates a genuine connection with her clients so they feel safe in exploring deeply personal topics. My areas of experience include supporting clients with trauma, anxiety, body image, sexual assault, self worth, eating disorders and grief. I work with individuals and relationship clients.
