I have the education, experience and openness to support you on your path, working together through your issues and towards reaching your goals. I have 20-years of personal experience with the military family community and a history of applied practice with both adults and youth. This experience steers my practice towards evidence-based therapy approaches that foster the mental health and wellbeing of individuals and families. I have a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Victoria, and a Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology from Yorkville University. I am oriented towards using Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) to help us navigate a variety of mental health concerns including anxiety and depression.

As unique individuals, there are many biological, psychological and social influences that affect our mental health concerns. I look forward to sharing proven counselling approaches and supporting your innate ability to overcome challenges affecting your thoughts, feelings and behaviours.
