Blending Quantum Theory, Shamanism, and empirical-based Psychology. Learning what it means to "be" and practices that bring us toward this way of existence. Through embodied practice, attunement, and attention, we learn what it is like to exist in this moment and exercise the mind, body, and spirit to experience moments of ultimate coherence/alignment/enlightenment.

We learn what it means to truly "be" and use this as the North Star. From here, we dive into process on what may be impacting our ability to freely experience this way of existence. We use exercises from Shamanism, Ayurveda, Parts Work, and Nature Therapy to navigate this terrain.
